Unused standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new, unused condition.

Custom engraved, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or there is an error with the order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
