These pieces are used to cut wheels on railroad cars! We recut the end to make it run true again. You know how it feels when you get a flat tire in your car, imagine what that would be like if they were made of steel!
A customer approached us with a broken drive axle off of his lawnmower deck. The axle is driving 3 blades and the force of the clutch snapped it right off! We made an identical piece out of a stronger steel to insure this won't happen again.
This is a hand-railing for a colleague. He is remodeling his house and wanted to do something different for his stairwell. We designed a 2" x 4" aluminum box that could bolt to the studs in the wall. It really gives a unique look and is an instant attention getter!
